Academic Assessments

In private practice, I have the opportunity to look at a student based on their pattern of strengths and challenges and intervene if warranted. Formal and informal assessments drive my plan for an intervention. I charge a fee for the initial evaluation, which includes the following:

• administer and interpret assessment(s)

• review previous testing, academic history, and parental anecdotes

• write a report

• create a remediation plan

Remediation Plan​

• recognize a student’s strengths and challenges

• create a prescriptive learning plan tailored to a student's needs

• use a combination of progress monitoring tools to chart a student's growth

• document support(s) needed in the classroom
